As part of our expanding marketing team, we’re looking for a talented Senior Google PPC Specialist to join us in driving impactful campaigns across Google Ads and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute large-scale PPC campaigns, with a primary focus on Google Ads, YouTube and native advertising.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive campaign architecture, ensuring alignment with marketing goals and budget.

  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize PPC campaign performance to achieve KPIs, including CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates.

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, ad copy testing, and A/B testing to improve campaign efficiency.

  • Utilize advanced targeting techniques to maximize campaign reach, especially on YouTube and Google's Display Network.

  • Deliver regular performance reports, offering actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align PPC strategies with overall business objectives.

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC, Google Ads, YouTube marketing, and digital advertising.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads, particularly for YouTube advertising.

  • Proven success in executing large-scale performance campaigns and consistently meeting/exceeding KPIs.

  • Experience working in online marketing companies or digital marketing agencies.

  • Familiarity with the ad creation process and experience working directly with creative teams.

  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Google Analytics.

  • Experience with Google Display Network, Remarketing, and Google Shopping.

  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, budget management, and campaign analysis.

  • High-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts.

  • Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
