The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

The M&A Integration Lead plays a critical role in planning and executing GBS-related activities during mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. This role is responsible for coordinating integration planning, mobilizing cross-functional teams, ensuring operational continuity, and delivering synergies aligned with the GBS strategy. The ideal candidate will bring deep program management experience, cross-functional coordination capabilities, experience with the integration of acquired entities, a sharp understanding of GBS operating models, business process governance, and enterprise change management.

  • Program Leadership: Lead end-to-end GBS workstream M&A integration planning and execution across STP, OTC, RTR, and enabling functions.
  • Mobilization & Planning: Develop and manage integration playbooks, day-one readiness plans, and milestone-driven roadmaps for GBS scope areas.
  • Stakeholder Management: Align with corporate M&A teams, functional leads, and regional delivery centers to secure resourcing, priorities, and timelines.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Partner with Process Optimization, Change & Communication, and Data Enablement teams to ensure unified execution.
  • Change Enablement: Align with broader enterprise change strategies to minimize disruption, ensure adoption, and maintain employee and customer experience.
  • Risk Management: Identify, track, and mitigate risks to operational continuity, data access, or service levels during integration.
  • Value Realization: Work with Finance and GBS leads to track and report synergy targets, integration costs, and ROI.
  • Governance & Reporting: Establish governance frameworks, conduct integration readiness assessments, and facilitate SteerCo updates.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • 8+ years of project/program management experience with a focus on shared services, GBS, or enterprise integration
  • Strong understanding of GBS processes (STP, OTC, RTR) and delivery models (captive, BPO, hybrid)
  • Experience leading M&A and large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and lead virtual, cross-regional/functional teams
  • Change management certification is a plus
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred
  • Fluent English

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Experience in GBS transition management and Lean methodologies

Work location:

  • Remote within Poland
