Position Overview: This position is responsible for the development and execution of procurement category strategies, strategic sourcing initiatives, and supplier relationship management for assigned indirect spend categories; the goal of reducing operating expense while improving services provided across all business units. The categories may include but are not limited to Professional Services and Human Resource initiatives (Human Capital Management, Vendor Management Systems, Managed Service Providers, Benefits, Learning Management, IT hardware, software, maintenance, and Finance, Revenue Cycle).

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience with progressive experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, with demonstrated success in managing categories within HR, Finance, Revenue Cycle, and/or IT.

Paid Time Off:
AMSURG offers paid time off, 9 observed holidays, and paid family leave. You accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) each pay period and depending on your position and can earn a minimum of 20 days and up to 25 days per calendar year.
