Job description

Challenges in this position:

  • active customer acquisition (mailing, cold calling, LinkedIn, networking);
  • proactively identify sales opportunities with existing clients (upsell, cross-sell);
  • developing and maintaining long-term relationships with B2B clients;
  • qualifying and handling sales leads (inbound and outbound);
  • meeting individual and departmental sales targets;
  • achieving non-financial targets set by Head of Sales;
  • business customer service (email, phone, offline/online meetings);
  • preparation of sales proposals and sales presentations;
  • reporting in CRM;
  • project management and cooperation with Marketing departments;
  • collaborating with other departments;
  • participation in industry events;
  • active development of sales and product competencies;
  • self-management of priorities based on KPIs.

We want to work with you if:

  • you have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with clients in the Czech market in the FMCG industry, experience in the Slovak market is welcomed but not required;
  • you understand sales processes and are comfortable with them;
  • czech is your native language + you communicate in English at a level of min. C1;
  • you have the ability to build and develop new sales channels;
  • you are able to analyze customer needs;
  • you know how to create tailored offers and sales presentations;
  • you are highly organized and able to work independently;
  • you have a proactive approach and willingness to initiate sales activities;
  • CRM is a program you know as well as Excel;
  • you have a driver's license.
