Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Support Professional with strong project delivery and technical skills. Ideal candidates will be client-focused, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to grow within a structured, process-driven environment.

Key Requirements:

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in IT infrastructure support (not application support).
- At least 3 years leading or independently delivering IT infrastructure projects.
Eligibility:
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree, trade school certification, or equivalent professional experience.

Wireless network setup and troubleshooting
Enterprise storage solutions (SAN/NAS)

Systems:

Windows Server (administration, hardware, deployment)
Hyper-V (administration and deployment)
Office 365 (administration and deployment)
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

Workstations:

OS: Windows 10, macOS
Application management: Microsoft Office, QuickBooks

VOIP systems (e.g., RingCentral)
