As a Senior Delivery Lead at Mammoth Growth, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple client engagements, ensuring project success from inception to completion. You will lead multidisciplinary teams implementing agentic AI-driven analytics and data engineering solutions while maintaining client satisfaction and project profitability.

What You’ll Do:

Manage multiple concurrent client projects, ensuring they remain on schedule and within budget
Serve as the primary client liaison, communicating effectively with both executive and technical stakeholders
Lead implementation teams comprised of data engineers, analytics engineers, and AI specialists
Create and maintain project plans, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
Develop strategic data roadmaps that accommodate future technological advancements
Facilitate client workshops and discovery sessions to identify business requirements
Ensure architecture decisions and data implementations are durable and scalable
Present project progress and deliverables to client stakeholders with visual storytelling excellence
Coach and mentor team members to enhance delivery capabilities

What You’ll Bring:

5+ years of experience in consulting or professional services, preferably in data analytics or AI implementation
Proven track record of successful project delivery in data-driven environments
Experience with Snowflake, DBT, or similar modern data stack technologies
Strong understanding of analytics engineering and data engineering principles
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders
Experience building and presenting strategic roadmaps for data initiatives
Background in managing multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications a plus
