As an ABM/Demand Gen Campaign Specialist, you’ll take charge of executing targeted campaigns that convert key accounts and ICPs into a high-intent pipeline. Work with Sales & Product to test segmentation logic and personalization strategies across personas, industries, and buying stages
Own campaign setup, execution, and performance tracking using HubSpot, Salesforce, and other martech tools
Partner with SDRs and AEs to create coordinated plays that increase engagement and conversion
Collaborate with content, design, and product marketing to develop tailored messaging and assets
Launch A/B tests across copy, creatives, and channels to optimize campaign performance
Track account engagement and funnel progression to surface timely insights and refine targeting
Report on campaign effectiveness using KPIs like pipeline influenced, engagement rate, and CAC
YOU BRING
2+ years of experience in demand-gen related - campaign management roles, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
Hands-on experience with campaign tools like HubSpot, Smartleads, LinkedIn Ads, and Clearbit
Familiarity with sales-led funnel strategies
Deep understanding of B2B buying cycles, key personas (especially technical decision-makers), and ICP-driven marketing
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
Proven ability to work autonomously in fast-paced, high-growth environments
