Summary: The Sales Manager will lead, mentor, and drive the performance of our sales team. In this role, the Sales Manager will be responsible for setting strategic goals, tracking performance metrics, and fostering a high-performance culture. The Sales Manager will lead a team of enablement professionals to ensure our sales teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and skills to prepare them with confidence and readiness to consistently exceed performance goals.
Schedule: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, eight or more hours per day, five days per week based on business needs. Primary schedule will be 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, or similar.
Salary Range: $130,000 To 150,000 Annually
Compensation commensurate with experience.
