  • Mentor and coach junior members of the HR team while handling other relevant SAP support tasks.

We are currently looking for:

SAP HCM Consultant

Job location: Remote from Poland

On a day-to-day basis, you will be expected to support and enhance business critical SAP systems, particularly within the scope of the SAP HCM module, which is part of an SAP ECC system which also interacts with SAP SuccessFactors.

You will be responsible for:

  • Bring functional knowledge & experience in the SAP HCM (incl. following sub-modules: PA/OM or PY (Payroll) or PT (Time Management))
  • Analyse and provide solutions (workarounds, fixes etc.) to user-raised support tickets (Incident Management)
  • Assess, design and implement (configure, test etc.) user-requested Changes (Change Management)
  • Handle other relevant tasks within the scope of SAP support service for the client

 

We require:

  • Senior SAP consultant with min. 5 years of experience in SAP HCM (in at least one of the following areas/sub-modules: PA/OM, PY (Payroll), PT (Time Management))
  • Experience in working in multinational SAP support teams, providing services to large client(s)
  • Personal Profile/Attributes
  • Good “Consulting” skills – presentation and client facing skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and advise them on the best SAP solutions
  • Experience/Knowledge across numerous industry sectors
  • Mentoring and coaching more junior members of the HR Team
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Team Player and ability to be flexible and adaptable
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and problem solver
