AI Solutions Engineer (Rapid Iteration and Deployment)

Location: Remote (US Time Zone)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on AI Solutions Engineer to drive the rapid development, iteration, and deployment of AI solutions that improve our business operations. In this role, you will work directly with leadership to identify high-impact use cases and quickly implement AI agents and automation tools to solve real problems. You’ll be responsible for turning ideas into working prototypes and scaling them into production-ready solutions that transform our business.

This role will report directly to the CEO, and it provides an opportunity to work on high-impact AI solutions with tons of creative freedom and ability to explore different types of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with leadership to identify tasks and workflows where automation can provide significant value.
Rapidly design, prototype, and deploy AI agents to automate processes, improve decision-making, and drive efficiency.
Use tools like OpenAI APIs, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph, and custom Python scripts to create working solutions.
Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data to refine AI implementations.
Build integrations between AI agents and business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, data warehouses, internal tools).
Develop end-to-end automation workflows, including testing and deployment into production environments.
Document workflows and provide training to teams to enable adoption of new tools.
Be the go-to resource for rapid AI experimentation and deployment, bridging business needs and technical solutions.

Required Skills and Experience:

2+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., OpenAI APIs, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen).
Strong Python programming skills for building scripts, workflows, and integrations.
