JOB BRIEF
This is a remote position.
The Sr. Manager, FP&A will be responsible for leading the financial budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization.  The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and be an excellent communicator.  This role will work in partnership with Department leadership throughout the company, to assist with identifying trends and making recommendations for financial optimization. This role reports to the SVP, Finance & Accounting.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • Lead the company’s annual budget, quarterly forecast, and 5-year planning processes
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models and dashboards to analyze business trends and KPIs.
  • Partner with department leaders to deliver actionable insights and ensure alignment with financial targets
  • Provide smaller business units with standalone financials to assist in decision-making. 
  • Constantly evaluate the financial health of the company
  • Provide monthly and quarterly financial reporting, variance analysis, and executive presentations
  • Identify and evaluate software tools that can assist with the internal financial budgeting/forecasting/reporting
  • Implement appropriate strategies, policies, and procedures where needed
  • Drive enhancements in financial systems and processes to increase visibility, efficiency, and accuracy
  • Evaluate acquisition opportunities

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
  • 6-8 years’ work experience in accounting, finance, or general business
  •  Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret large volumes of financial data
  • Good communicator with investigative and inquisitive skill sets
  • Ability to work with multiple business sectors
  •  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

SALARY RANGE:

$140K to $160K
