- Managing end to end project life cycle with multi market, multi-phase and complex studies
- Demonstrates good market knowledge and trends that effect our research approaches
- Expert at costing multi-study project accurately
- Able to build good relationships with suppliers, but also to negotiate and hold them accountable
- Negotiate good prices and discounts with suppliers
- Join client calls / and advise clients confidently on their project
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time whilst ensuring deadlines are met and achieving a high quality of output
- Support researchers with tasks such as screener checks, questionnaire reviews and QC checks etc
- Proactively provide timely project updates to the researchers and clients
- Ensure the research team keeps to timings and complies with all PV requirements and paperwork
- Drive the project forward and be part of that conversation with the project lead on how to keep to timings
- Ensure project teams save everything only on the relevant client SharePoint drive for all project work – nothing project related to be saved on private or non-DOS drives or desktops
- Drive increased profitability and efficiency on projects; ensuring that projects are priced and executed optimally
Compliance and data protection- Follows compliance requirements including GDPR and AE reporting
- Takes responsibility for ensuring PV standards on projects are met and flags any risks or exposures with the research team to ensure they are rectified
- Ensure you work with the execs and freelancers/suppliers to correctly report, record and save all AE documentation
- A high performing, motivated team and culture
- Active member of the project management team, always leading by examples
- Master the use of company-approved AI tools and use them daily to enhance efficiency and work quality
- Encourage and mentor others on how to use AI effectively i.e. the creation of GPTs and the use of other tools to save time on repetitive tasks
