About the Opportunity:

An innovative healthcare diagnostics company is seeking a Inside Sales Representative to help drive national growth. This is a high-impact, full-cycle sales role ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, diagnostic, or healthcare sales who is ready to step into a fast-paced startup and make an immediate difference.

This role is remote but will require occasional travel (~10%) for select trade shows and in-person meetings with key accounts across the U.S. Candidates must be driven, consultative, organized, and persistent, with a strong ability to build relationships and close deals.


What You'll Do:
  • Develop and grow new and existing retailer, distributor, and broker relationships across assigned markets.

  • Lead the identification, pursuit, and closure of high-value opportunities with enterprise accounts.

  • Own your pipeline, working both inbound qualified leads and outbound strategic targets.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and leverage marketing tools to support client success and accelerate deals.

  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and onsite client meetings (approx. 10% travel).

  • Employ a consultative sales approach to understand customer pain points and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas with consistency and strategic execution.


What We're Looking For:
  • 1–2 years of experience in healthcare sales, ideally within pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, or medical devices
  • Bachelor's degree required 
  • proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a competitive environment

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality - motivated to proactively generate and close opportunities

  • Comfortable navigating a startup environment with evolving goals and a high level of autonomy

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and trade events (~10%)
