• Resolve customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to build strong customer relationships and promote brand loyalty.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
• Experience in luxury retail or customer service is preferred.
