What we’re looking for:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SVP of Processing to lead and scale our mortgage processing operations. This executive will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering a seamless borrower experience from application through funding. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge, a passion for process optimization, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
This is a remote opportunity to work from home.
What You’ll Do: 
  • Lead and manage the mortgage processing division, performance metrics, and service level agreements.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve processing efficiency, reduce cycle times, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, underwriting, closing, compliance, and technology teams to ensure alignment and operational cohesion.
  • Implement scalable systems, automation, and process improvements to support growth and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to federal, state, and investor guidelines.
  • Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze operational data and trends to inform decision-making and drive performance.
What You’ll Need:
  • 10+ years of proven leadership experience in mortgage operations, with a strong focus on processing.
  • Deep understanding of mortgage products, regulatory requirements, and investor guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, etc.).
  • Proven ability to lead large, distributed teams and manage change in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.

It is estimated based on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado. Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation. ** 
  
Compensation: 
The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $230,000 depending on experience. This role also includes an opportunity to earn a performance-based bonus.
