Overview: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business and Operations Analyst to support Precisely’s M&A integration operations and support strategic initiatives.  The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, conduct market research, and implement recommendations based on findings to enhance operational efficiency. This is 1 year contract with the potential to be extended.

What you will do:

  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data to evaluate operational difficulties and recommend solutions.
  • Strategy Implementation: Assist in the creation and implementation of business strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and maintain metrics and reports to track company performance and efficiency.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand competitive landscape and market trends.
  • Collaboration: Work with management teams to understand and implement business strategies and goals.
  • Standard Operational Practices: Identify opportunities to standardize and streamline operational practices.
  • Process Testing: Building and testing new process or procedures to improve efficiency and workflow.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management, showing findings and recommendations.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or related field, technical background is a plus
  • Proven ability to operate as a proactive self-starter—working independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Highly proficient in MS office suite, excel, SQL experience a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to be proactive as a self-starter by working independently or collaboratively within a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
