Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our systems.
  • Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

Requirements

  • Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) and English is essential.
  • No prior recruitment experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in helping individuals.
  • Familiarity with online recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
