Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Address customer inquiries regarding Proximus services, billing, and technical support in an efficient manner.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the Proximus team to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Stay updated on Proximus services, promotions, and technological trends to assist customers better.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized service and support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to listen and empathize with customers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications is preferred.
  • Ability to work both independently in a home environment and as part of a remote team.
