Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain organized records of candidate interactions and recruitment progress.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to hire.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Dutch and English is required.
  • No previous experience in recruitment is necessary; training will be provided.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, showing a genuine interest in helping candidates.
  • Familiarity with online recruiting tools and platforms is advantageous.
