  • Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely communication with candidates.
  • Maintain organized records of all candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
  • Provide a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; additional languages are beneficial.
  • No experience in recruitment is necessary; we will provide comprehensive training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in supporting candidates.
  • Basic familiarity with online recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote work environment.
