AU RTO LMS & Systems Administrator (aXcelerate) -  Remote

Background

PeoplePartners is looking for a tech-savvy LMS & Systems Administrator (aXcelerate) to empower our client’s education teams. If you love working with systems, troubleshooting issues, and supporting learning, this role is for you.

About the Role

As the AU RTO LMS & Systems Administrator, you’ll manage aXcelerate and LMS processes, making sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll own its day-to-day management, ensuring all processes align with learning needs. You’ll troubleshoot, support, and keep everything running smoothly from your remote workspace.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain access and permissions for students and trainers.
  • Upload and manage assessment templates and SCORM files.
  • Set up workshops and classes in the LMS.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide helpdesk support.
  • Ensure data integrity and version control.
