Job description

This is a remote position.

WOW company is seeking to add to its team a Senior Network Engineer with a specialized focus on service providers. This position will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure, ensuring efficient and secure connectivity for our clients and end-users.

Responsibilities

- Develop efficient and scalable network architectures to meet the specific needs of service providers.

- Optimize existing infrastructure to enhance network performance and responsiveness, including proactive monitoring and analysis to prevent potential bottlenecks or outages.

- Configure and manage networks to ensure smooth and reliable operations for fulfilling company operations.

- Lead the implementation of network projects, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies and services.

- Administer and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

- Implement and maintain robust security policies to protect the integrity and confidentiality of client data.

- Conduct regular and proactive security audits.

- Investigate and resolve complex network issues, minimizing downtime and optimizing end-user experience.

- Collaborate with other teams to address interdisciplinary issues.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external service providers to ensure interoperability and service continuity.

- Developing software automation solutions for configuring and monitoring our networking devices, reducing manual tasks, and improving service delivery.
