תיאור התפקיד

  • ניהול צוות של 20 עובדי ייצור
  • אחריות על קליטת עובדים חדשים, הכשרה, ליווי ונוכחות
  • אחריות על תחזוקה ותפעול שוטף של מערך המכונות במחלקה
  • משרה מלאה, א-ה 7:15-16:45, (בעונה נכונות לעבודה בשעות נוספות, עד 3 פעמים בשבוע עד השעה 19:00 עבודה בימי שישי 7:15-12:45 לסירוגין)

Requirements

  • ניסיון מוכח כטכנאי מכונות - חובה
  • ניסיון בתפעול ותחזוקת מכונות הזרקת פלסטיק לכבלים - יתרון משמעותי
  • ניסיון קודם בניהול צוות - חובה (ניהולי או פיקודי)
  • יכולת הנעת עובדים
  • יחסי אנוש טובים
  • ניסיון בעבודה בסביבה ממוחשבת
  • ניסיון בעבודה בתעשייה
  • הכרות עם תוכניות עבודה והוצאתם לפועל במחלקה
  • ידע טכני מעמיק במערכות ייצור תעשייתיות
