As a Staff Engineer, you will report to the engineering director and play a critical role in driving technical excellence across the organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, lead complex projects, and guide the design and development of scalable, high-performance systems.

Responsibilities

Requirements

At least 8 years of hands-on development experience across 3 commercial organizations.
Proven experience designing and building high-scale systems using microservices architectures.
Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects and aligning diverse teams towards shared goals.
Deep understanding of cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their associated services and best practices.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, capable of bridging technical and non-technical audiences effectively.

Advantages:

Experience in roles such as Software Architect, Technical Lead, or Principal Engineer.
