Board Certified/Board Eligible in Anesthesiology or PM&R with fellowship training in Pain Medicine., Competency in cervical, thoracic, and lumbar epidural/facet injections and advanced interventional pain techniques., Experience with spine RFA and radiographic imaging is required; SCS, Ultrasound, and EMG expertise is a plus., Active outpatient interventional pain management practice experience is preferred..

Key responsibilities:

PRACTICE SPECIFICS

  • Active out-patient Interventional Pain management practice comprised of consultation clinic and interventional procedure clinic.
  • Physicians will evaluate and develop comprehensive treatment plans for our new and existing patients, and identify the specific conditions and patients’ needs to ultimately decrease pain and increase function.
  • Collaboration with a full continuum of Neuromusculoskeletal specialists including Neurology, Orthopedic Surgery, Internal Medicine, and all medicine subspecialties.
  • Outpatient therapy is provided by therapists who sub-specialize in neuro, pediatric and musculoskeletal pain.
  • Practice could include performing EMG’s if desired.
  • Potential Ownership in Ambulatory Surgery Center
  • This will be a team of two physicians when hiring is complete

REQUIREMENTS

·         BC/BE in Anesthesiology with fellowship training in Pain Medicine or BC/BE in PM&R with fellowship training in Pain Medicine or BC/BE in PM&R

·         Candidates should have competency in cervical, thoracic, and lumbar epidural/facet injections, advanced interventional pain techniques, spine RFA, and radiographic imaging. SCS, Ultrasound and EMG expertise is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation

$494,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation
