Key Responsibilities

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
  • Maintain organized records of candidates and recruitment activities.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to hire.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Dutch and English is required; additional languages are a bonus.
  • No previous recruitment experience is required; training will be provided.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in helping others.
  • Familiarity with online recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
