  • Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
  • Keep meticulous records of candidate interactions and maintain the recruitment database.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout all stages of the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
  • No prior recruitment experience is needed; comprehensive training will be provided.
