Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific recruitment needs and job requirements.
• Utilize various platforms to source and attract candidates, including social media and online job boards.
• Review resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Organize and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Document candidate information and maintain recruitment records accurately.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
• No previous experience in recruitment is required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
• Comfortable using online recruiting tools and platforms.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
