Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Partner to drive growth and client acquisition in Italy 


What You Will Do:   

  • Establish initial contact with prospective clients and present Workforce Global’s recruitment solutions 
  • Understand client needs, provide tailored recruitment solutions, and prepare proposals 
  • Lead and manage contract negotiations and secure client agreements 
  • Work efficiently with Talent Partners to source the right candidate for the right job 
  • Utilize Workforce Global digital tools to follow up on clients and provide regular reports 
  • Represent Workforce Global with a professional attitude

Requirements

We Are Looking for Someone Who: 

  • Is self-driven and thrives in an autonomous work environment 
  • Is motivated to work remotely and manage their own time efficiently 
  • Has a genuine passion for recruitment and business development 
  • Is experienced in sales, business development, or other client – facing roles (preferred) 
  • Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written) 
  • That builds long-term client relationships building trust and respect 
  • Confident in managing a full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure 
  • Is result-oriented and embraces a performance-based income model.  

This is a fully commission-based opportunity with a remote and flexible working model. The ideal candidate will confidently represent our brand and build trusted, long-term partnerships with clients under the umbrella of a corporate and professional recruitment company.  This is a remote position.
