Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Meta Ads Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns for multiple brands across B2B and B2C sectors.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years managing Meta ad campaigns with a proven track record of success.
  • Ad Spend Management: Demonstrated experience managing ad budgets exceeding $50,000 USD per month.
  • Brand Expertise: Extensive experience working with both B2B and B2C brands in the United States or other Western countries.
  • Process-Oriented: Ability to create, implement, and follow processes to ensure consistent, high-quality campaign execution.
  • Self-Motivation: A proactive, self-starter mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results independently.
  • AI: The ability to responsibly utilize AI to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
  • Other Platforms: Experience managing Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, and other non-Meta platforms.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Hubspot, Looker, Google Analytics, etc.

Communication & Project Management:  

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards in all deliverables.
  • Strong Written and Spoken English skills.

Work Compatibility:  

  • Must have experience working with U.S.-based or Western country clients and businesses.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Must be able to work full-time in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
