As a Tier 3 Network Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex network issues, implementing solutions, and collaborating with other IT teams to ensure effective network performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert-level support for network infrastructure, managing incidents and troubleshooting issues.

- Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of network configurations and architecture.

- Monitor network performance using various tools, ensuring optimal functionality and uptime.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network projects and upgrades.

- Document network designs, configurations, and procedures to maintain accurate and updated records.

- Participate in network maintenance and upgrade projects, minimizing downtime and disruption.

- Stay current with the latest networking trends, technologies, and best practices.

- Train and guide junior engineers, providing them with support and mentorship.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in network engineering.

- Strong knowledge of networking principles, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VLANs.

- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls).

- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and practices.
