We are looking for a top-tier Marketing Analyst to take the lead in turning complex marketing data into clear, actionable insights. In this role, you will
Evaluate campaign effectiveness (e.g., email, paid media, SEO, social) and optimize based on ROI, CAC, LTV, and engagement metrics
Work closely with the marketing team to align on goals and optimize lead-to-revenue performance
Use data to identify high-value segments, guide personalization strategies, and improve conversion rates across the funnel
Perform cohort analyses, funnel evaluations, A/B test assessments, and churn investigations to uncover growth opportunities and user friction points
Build scalable SQL queries, data models, and BI dashboards (e.g., in Tableau, Looker, Power BI) to support self-serve analytics and empower team autonomy

It’s all about you
5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis, ideally in tech
Hands-on experience with multichannel campaign analysis (especially paid search, paid social, email, and web)
Ability to translate business questions into data problems and data insights into product recommendations
Advanced SQL: ability to write complex queries for large, distributed datasets
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar
Experience with A/B testing
Strong skills in Python or R for statistical analysis, modeling, and automation
Familiarity with data warehousing and analytics engineering tools (e.g., dbt)
English B2 or higher
