Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Key Account Manager for our Inflammantion & Autoimmunity (Dermatology) Business Unit, to join our team! The main purpose of the role is to advocate development of Incyte’s products within territory priority accounts. Key stakeholders will include clinicians, associated medical personnel and hospital pharmacists in order to achieve territory objectives as well as the organization's business goals working within the Farmindustria code and applicable compliance/ legal requirements and company policies

Area of work: Lombardia Centro-Nord and Piemonte Orientale.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Inform dermatology specialists on Incyte products and therapeutic information in compliance with legal requirements and according to the marketing and sales strategies defined by the product line.
  • Understand and map the local funding, clinical and access decision processes and identify all key stakeholders inside the Accounts.
  • Execute customer and account business plans, within designated key accounts, to ensure that all appropriate patients have access to Incyte pharmaceuticals medicines.
  • Ensure a favorable local access environment to maximize the potential of Incyte products in label.
  • Deliver therapeutic information on products in line with marketing strategy.
  • Create formal networks with key decision makers within the assigned territory and with important local players; use these contacts appropriately to develop district business within compliance and legal requirements and company policy.
  • Market surveillance - gain and share customer insights.
  • Management of professional relations with Opinion leaders.
  • Participation at congresses, meetings and physician trainings.
  • Documentation and reporting of daily activities, routine administration, finances etc.
  • Manage and own personal development plan.
  • Contribute positively to a strong culture of business integrity and ethics.
  • Act within compliance and legal requirements as well as within company guidelines.

Requirements

  • Life Sciences Degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in promoting specialist pharmaceutical products - preferably in dermatology
  • Demonstrated track record of specialist sales and market access at hospital level
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Very strong communication and presentation skills
  • Leadership and coaching skills in a cross functional context.
  • Self-motivated with a entrepreneurial mindset
  • Good IT-skills
  • Proficiency in English is an advantage but not required.
