The Role

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly designs that enhance user experience across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with Business Analysts and Developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance user experience.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Collaborate with Business Analysts on requirements and Developers to ensure seamless implementation.
Apply A/B testing and data-driven decision-making to refine and improve designs.
Ensure designs align with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
Proficiency in design tools – Figma preferred.
Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
Knowledge of front-end development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, AngularJS).
Experience with UX research methodologies (e.g., user interviews, surveys, usability testing).
Experience in the Insurance, Wealth Management, or Financial Services industry is a plus.
Experience designing for mobile applications
Strong communication skills in English.
