As a Consultant Solicitor at Ackroyd Legal LLP, you will have the flexibility to work on a freelance or part-time basis, allowing you to maintain a better work-life balance while benefiting from the support and resources of our established law firm. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload and providing expert legal advice and representation to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of legal cases in your area of expertise
- Provide expert legal advice, guidance, and representation to clients
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and review contracts and agreements
- Collaborate and work closely with other members of the legal team
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and client confidentiality
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor with a current practicing certificate
- Minimum of 2 years PQE in your area of expertise
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal procedures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload effectively
