We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Litigation Solicitor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in representing our clients in civil litigation cases and providing them with expert legal advice and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in a variety of civil litigation cases, including but not limited to commercial disputes, and employment law matters
  • Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance to clients
  • Conduct thorough legal research and prepare detailed legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Attend court hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients when appropriate
  • Collaborate with other team members and support staff to ensure effective case management and client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE
  • Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures, rules of evidence, and courtroom etiquette
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
