Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Creative who will play a pivotal role in leading and managing multiple teams including Creative Marketing, Design, Business Management, Copywriting, and Growth Strategy for our Amazon agency, Swiftstart. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives and maintaining high-quality standards across all creative endeavors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly within the ecommerce industry, and possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across all teams. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and oversee all graphic design projects within the creative department, from conception to completion.
  2. Develop project plans, timelines, and KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams, including graphic designers, marketing, and product management, to define project requirements and deliverables.
  4. Assign tasks and responsibilities to graphic designers, ensuring that project objectives are clearly communicated and understood.
  5. Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or issues that may impact timelines or budgets. Implement mitigation strategies as needed.
  6. Conduct regular meetings with team members to review project status, address concerns, and provide feedback.
  7. Serve as the main point of contact for the upper management involved in graphic design projects and managing relationships.
  8. Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines and company’s best practices.
  9. Track and report on project performance metrics, including key milestones, and resource utilization.
  10. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the graphic design workflow.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, business administration, or related field.
  2. Proven experience 03-04 years in project management, preferably within the ecommerce industry.
  3. Strong understanding of graphic design principles and practices.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  6. Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
  7. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading project teams to achieve goals and objectives.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Experience working with remote teams or distributed workforces is a plus.
