Our client is an innovative medical technology company specializing in advanced orthopedic navigation solutions. As they expand their footprint, we are seeking a driven and experienced Territory Manager to join their growing commercial team.

Role Overview

The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and market adoption of a cutting-edge orthopedic navigation system within a defined territory. You will serve as the primary liaison between the company and key customers, including orthopedic surgeons, hospital administrators, and surgical teams. This is a field-based role ideal for a self-starter with a passion for medical innovation and a proven track record in medical device sales.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospital stakeholders, and surgical staff.
Conduct product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and hands-on training for healthcare professionals.
Provide in-theater support during initial surgical cases to ensure successful product adoption.
Gather customer feedback and relay insights to internal teams for ongoing product and service improvement.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and local meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and market developments.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in life sciences, business, engineering, or a related field.
Proven success in medical device sales, ideally within orthopedics, surgical navigation, or a related sector.
Strong clinical aptitude and ability to communicate technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
Experience supporting surgical procedures in the operating room is highly advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
