About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. The Business Analyst will play a key role in gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights and drive process improvements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed specifications.
  • Support data collection, validation, and analysis activities to identify trends and business opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
  • Help evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate with technical teams during solution design and testing phases.
  • Support project management activities including tracking deliverables and timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic understanding of business processes and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
