About the Job
As a Business Analyst at Aspire, you will bridge business and technical teams by documenting clear requirements and ensuring quality through effective testing strategies. You’ll support the delivery of reliable solutions that meet business goals and industry standards.

What You’ll do
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.Ensure traceability of requirements through the full software development lifecycle.
Create detailed test cases, test plans, and support the execution of various testing types including Functional, Integration, System, UAT, and Regression.

Identify, log, and manage defects in collaboration with technical teams to ensure timely resolution.
Work closely with developers, QA engineers, product owners, and project managers to support seamless communication and delivery.
Conduct root cause analysis and evaluate the impact of changes on overall project outcomes.
Contribute to the design and optimization of testing processes using industrystandard tools like JIRA and MS365 (Excel, Word, Visio).
Ensure alignment with domainspecific regulations and standards, particularly in the banking and finance sector.
Support risk and time management activities during the testing phases to ensure delivery within project timelines.
Build and maintain process documentation and reports that support ongoing improvements and decisionmaking.
What You’ll Need
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of combined experience in Business Analysis and Quality Assurance roles.
Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and lifecycle (STLC).
Experience working with test management and requirements tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS365).
Familiarity with both functional and nonfunctional requirement documentation techniques.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
Proven experience in stakeholder communication and crossfunctional team collaboration.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
Domain knowledge in the banking or financial services industry is a strong plus.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and how they influence system design and testing is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISOSOC or similar.
