IWG currently has several openings for Inside Sales Representatives working within our Global Sales Teams. The key purpose of this role is to handle incoming and outcoming calls, chats or emails to present our products, workspaces, and services to our new and existing customers to help them find the right solution for their business.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound enquiries: respond to incoming enquiries, calls, e-mails and chats from potential and existing customers
Qualification of leads: understand the customer needs and guide them through the sales process
Presenting our products and services: provide accurate information about our products and services and highlight the benefits for the customer
CRM management: Record and update all customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure accurate data tracking
Customer feedback: gather feedback to help improve our products, services, sales collateral and overall sales process

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 2 years of experience in an inside sales, customer service or business development role preferred

Confidence and experience with computer technology, RM systems (Microsoft Dynamics) and basic office software will be used daily.
