Head of Creator Success (SubSub) at Genesis

We're seeking a Head of Creator Success to join the SubSub team.

SubSub is a revenue booster for video content creators. We create digital products, provide expert services, and offer opportunities through our YouTube network to help monetize content in every possible way. SubSub is an official, certified YouTube partner. Our portfolio includes hundreds of creators and media companies worldwide, and we're just getting started!

Our Products:

• SubSub Wallet — a digital wallet for creators.

• SubSub Analytics — a YouTube market analytics system and content performance tracker.

• SubSub Fan Funding — a system for collecting donations and subscriptions from your audience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the team: strategic development and directing operational activities.
• Supporting and enhancing the client experience with SubSub's products and services.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Implementing processes, tools, and reporting systems.

We expect you to have:

• Experience in a managerial role (Head / Team Lead) in:
  • Сustomer Success within the YouTube, Creator Economy, Mark-Tech, or Ad-Tech niches
  • Account Management in an advertising/marketing agency
  • Support in a call center
    
• A desire for professional, career, and financial growth.
• The ability to achieve results through team effort.
• Skills in content management and marketing and an understanding of YouTube operations.
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher, with a preference for C1+ candidates.
• A blend of creative and analytical thinking and the capability to systematically organize teamwork.
• Experience in YouTube channel development and knowledge of Influence Marketing would be a plus.
