Provide a full spectrum of legal services to clients of all sizes, across all industries.

What Would YOU Bring?

2 to 10 years of practical related in-house and/or private practice experience (Counsel).
5 to 10 years of practical related in-house and/or private practice experience (Mid-Counsel).
10 or more years of practical related in-house and/or private practice experience (Senior Counsel).
Experience with either Commercial work (drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements); and/or Transactional work (M&A, Financings, etc.), and/or corporate maintenance/governance.
Ability to work independently and with little supervision.
