Job description

Este es un puesto de trabajo remoto.

Develop user flows, journey maps, and detailed sitemaps to guide design solutions
Produce interactive prototypes across a range of fidelity levels based on project needs
Translate insights and requirements into functional specifications
Conduct usability reviews and heuristic evaluations following UX best practices
Analyze user behavior and data to detect friction points and identify design improvements
Plan, carry out, and document usability testing sessions with end users
Lead and facilitate collaborative workshops with stakeholders and team members
Clearly communicate design rationale and defend UX decisions to business and product leads
Approach problems with a blend of creativity, strategy, and efficiency
Engage in all stages of the product design cycle, from initial research through final delivery

Requirements

Minimum of three years of professional experience in user experience design
Strong understanding of accessibility principles and inclusive design approaches
Proven background working across various digital platforms including websites, responsive designs, and native mobile applications
In-depth knowledge of mobile UX best practices, including Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines and Android’s Material Design
Advanced proficiency in Figma and practical experience using design systems
Demonstrated ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams
Comfortable working in dynamic, tech-driven environments
