Job description

This is a remote position.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Software Architecture Trainer, your primary role will be educating professionals in software architecture and relevant cross-disciplinary areas of Software Quality Engineering. Your tasks will include:

Independently conducting public training sessions and customized client trainings.
Contributing to the ongoing improvement and development of our training materials.
Preparing and delivering seminars in both English and German.
Pre- and post-seminar organization.
Guiding participants in preparation for certification exams.
Developing tailored seminars based on client needs.
Participation in internal projects.

Requirements

Solid educational background in software development or related fields (university degree, technical college, or extensive practical experience).
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in software architecture.
Enthusiasm for learning and teaching.
Strong communication skills, customer orientation, patience, and empathy.
Excellent proficiency in both English and German.
Previous experience as a trainer and certifications (e.g., ISTQB®, IREB®, iSAQB®) are advantageous.
Willingness to travel and stay overnight within Germany, Switzerland, and Austria approximately 1-2 times per month, each trip lasting 3-4 days.
