Job description:
The EDI Analyst will play a key role in managing and supporting electronic data interchange connections, including invoices, orders, and price lists. This role involves communicating with vendors, submitting requests, setting up and maintaining electronic data connections, identifying potential issues, and ensuring that customer requests are completed with high quality and within the expected timeframe. The EDI Analyst will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation process for both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple ongoing vendor integrations for customers, ensuring successful data exchange.
Communicate and follow up frequently with vendors to ensure smooth integration processes.
Ensure timelines and expectations are met with internal requesters and vendors.
Monitor integration processes, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Maintain documentation of integrations, progress, and issues.
Follow internal processes using tools like HubSpot for tracking.
Continuously improve processes based on feedback from teams and vendors.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, IT, or a technical role.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Strong communication and email skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) experience (preferred, but not required).
