Job Title: Remote Digital Paid Media Strategist (100% Work From Home)


Location: Remote from Latin America


Position Type: Full-time


Salary: $1,500 - 3,500 USD/month


Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm In any US time zone

Our client is a marketing consultancy founded by two professionals with 12+ years of experience leading marketing agency operations. They are focused primarily on helping private-equity-backed, multi-location healthcare organizations growing inorganically through acquisitions transition their marketing departments from a support function to a growth driver in their organizations. They build scalable, repeatable marketing systems to support their rapid growth and become stand-out organizations in their industries.


Job Overview:

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Paid Media Strategist to join our client's agency team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing Google Search Ad and Social Media Ad campaigns for their agency's clients, focusing on multi-location healthcare businesses. This individual should bring expertise in strategizing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising initiatives to drive results and achieve client objectives. This is a new department in their firm that the expect to grow quickly. The ideal candidate has managed members of a paid media team before and knows how to grow a paid media department strategically from the ground up.


You will interface with the agency leadership, client c-suite and leadership teams, and many agency partners and contractors in the role. This position will work closely with consulting teams, web development, SEO, social media, analytics, and campaign marketing teams to collaborate on driving the best outcomes for new patient growth with our client accounts. The ideal individual for this role is passionate about the future of digital paid media and has a strong background in people management, marketing agency structure and workflow, Google Search Ads strategy, Meta Ads strategy, and strategy for scaling a paid media account across dozens or hundreds of brands in a similar space.



Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:
  • Developed and executed comprehensive paid media strategies for Google Search Ads and Social Media Ads to meet client goals.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of paid advertising campaigns, ensuring timely execution and optimal performance.
  • Multi-location Expertise:
  • Demonstrate experience managing paid ad campaigns for multi-location businesses, particularly in the healthcare sector.
  • Implement strategies tailored to address the unique challenges and opportunities associated with multi-location advertising.
  • Show how to strategically structure a multi-brand account in Google Ads to take advantage of account learning and scalable management.
  • Client Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients, aligning paid media efforts with overall business goals.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and derive actionable insights.
  • Generate regular reports for clients, highlighting campaign results, optimizations, and areas for improvement.
  • Budget Management:
  • Effectively manage advertising budgets, optimizing spend to maximize ROI and achieve client objectives.
  • Monitor and adjust campaign budgets based on performance and client requirements.
  • Stay Abreast of Industry Trends:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in paid media advertising.
  • Proactively recommend and implement new strategies to enhance campaign performance.

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

  • 8+ years of experience in digital advertising in an agency environment with a proven track record - show us case studies!
  • Proven track record of successfully managing paid ad campaigns for multi-location businesses, preferably in the healthcare industry (think a dental organization with 100+ locations and/or 100+ brands but all the same general service line).
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Social Media Ads platforms, and other relevant advertising tools.
  • Relevant certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Blueprint, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills that provide clear direction and enable collaboration between teams.
  • Proven analytical skills and problem-solving ability paired with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proactively share ideas with management.
  • Willingness to manage and collaborate with remote workers and/or third-party contractors, client teams, and freelancers.
  • Proven ability to build and manage a department team of paid media professionals
  • You can build relationships quickly and are a strong and frequent communicator. You can hold teammates to a timeline and professionally push back when needed.
