Job Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Freight Rate Analyst to join our logistics operations. This role is responsible for preparing and updating freight rate quotes for international and domestic shipments, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with client expectations. This is a contractor position ideal for candidates based in LATAM or Mexico with experience in logistics or freight forwarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update freight quotes and tariffs for various transportation modes (air, sea, and land).

• Coordinate with carriers, agents, and internal teams to gather rate information.

• Ensure pricing accuracy and proper documentation.

• Support the sales and operations team with timely rate updates.

• Analyze market trends to offer competitive pricing strategies.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, pricing, or freight forwarding.

• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with international shipping terms and documentation.

• English proficiency (intermediate preferred).

• Located in LATAM or Mexico.
