About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer with 5-6 years of experience to join our team. This is a hands-on engineering role where you will work across the backend, frontend, and AI-integrated solutions, solving complex engineering challenges and contributing to technical decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong backend focus but should also be proficient in frontend development.
This is a Full time internal role (Remote)
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable fullstack applications.
• Work on backend services using Python, Node.js (NestJS), and Golang.
• Develop front-end applications using React.js.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Integrate AI/ML features, with some knowledge of GenAI tools and ML deployments.
• Work with databases such as PostgreSQL and ClickHouse.
• Ensure application monitoring, performance optimization, and testing.
• Deploy and manage services using Kubernetes and Docker (strong understanding required).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve engineering problems and drive technical decisions.
• Adapt to working in Nepal time zone, including occasional off-hours, late nights, or early mornings.
Requirements:
• 5-6 years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in backend development with Python, Node.js (NestJS), and Golang.
• Proficiency in frontend development with React.js.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL and ClickHouse databases.
• Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience integrating AI/ML features into applications.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker (mandatory).
• Familiarity with application monitoring, testing, and performance optimization.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred but not required).
