Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader for our Commercial team during May – December 2025 as a parental leave cover. Reporting directly to the COO, you will be instrumental in driving our revenue targets through customer activation and upsell initiatives. This role includes people management responsibilities and relies on collaboration with various matrixed units and functions to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Commercial strategy and forecasting: Translate corporate and business-unit level strategy into commercial projects with quarterly planning, and budgeting for revenue development.

- Comprehensive Product Launch Coordination: Oversee the development and coordination of detailed go-to-market plans for new products and offerings, ensuring alignment with product marketing vision and successful sales performance post-launch.

- Pricing and Packaging: Evolve one.com’s price position in the market as an all-in-one online presence provider and maximize one.com customer lifetime value (LTV).

- Retention: Develop and implement effective customer activation and retention strategies and drive marketing automation strategies across control panel, lifecycle communications, and other touchpoints.

- People Management: Provide leadership and daily management for a team of 3-4 people in the Commercial team covering marketing automation, activation, proejct management, and sales enablement functions.

- Experience: Demonstrated 5+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the online presence or tech industry.
